So here is what has leaked out to tell us what is going on with Podium training (For the most part I hope this is all true….especially concerning Memmel!):
Shawn Jonhson- Looks great. Music is not the reported Mozart mix. Few struggles with the back pike on beam, but supposedly looks phenomenal.
